Scheduling

Please contact us via our contact form, by phone (727) 776-0564, or send us an email us at  bellrealestatephoto @gmail.com no less than 48 hours before your preferred shoot time. The shoot will take between 1.5 and 2 hours. Most homes can be shot in 1.5 hours although some shoots may take longer.

The Shoot

The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner (the agent) should be present at the shoot to give access to the home and to discuss any special considerations such as what should be included or excluded in shots. Our goal at the shoot is to provide quality photos that include a front exterior, back exterior and all the major rooms such as living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Powder rooms, small bathrooms, utility rooms or garages are not a shooting priority unless you give us direction otherwise.

Pets

Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot. Pets are never included in photos and need to be out of the way during the shoot. 

Cancellation, No Show and Inclement Weather:

If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please give us a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment is subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. The full price of the shoot will be charged to any cancellation within four (4) hours of the scheduled time. Arrival by the owner/agent beyond thirty (30) minutes of an appointment (unless access by key-box is available) will be considered a cancellation, and will be billed at the full rate of the shoot. Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling. In the event of inclement weather prohibiting exterior photography, a pickup shoot of the property exterior will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time.

Photo delivery

Once the photos are shot they will be edited and optimized for quality and uploaded onto a private gallery. Once the final images are chosen and full payment has been received, your images will be delivered to your email via Dropbox link. You will be able to access and download your images from there.

Photo Rights and Usage:

1. Notice of License

The Photographer issues a limited license for the Client to use digital images supplied under this agreement in his/her RMLS listing. The images may NOT be used for promotional materials without a release form from the Photographer.

2. Notice of Copyright

It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce the photographs, videos, website content, etc. issued under this agreement without the Photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by the laws of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida. Any modification of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

All photos produced for the Client may be used by the current listing agent for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with local MLS rules. Please note that the Photographer will copyright the photos and license granted only to the Seller or agent or licensee and NOT to any third party. If any photographs are posted on the local MLS, real estate website, the person/persons hiring Jerry Bell shall be solely responsible for their content, and shall hold Jerry Bell harmless for any possible claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from use of any such photos that may contain alterations done for cosmetic appearance improvement. Jerry Bell will NOT alter photographs to misrepresent the property.

Any authorized usage of the photos outside the selling the home by anyone, including but not limited to realtors, architects, builders, stagers, designers, landscapers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the Photographer. Violation of this provision constitutes a violation of U.S. federal copyright laws and may be subject the offending party/parties to legal action.
